Service package 3 (Elite)

• We will arrange a meeting with you at your hotel or temporary accommodation to establish your exact requirements, target areas and any special requests. We will then compile a detailed brief based on the information provided. Should there be time constraints, this can also be done via a written questionnaire to be faxed/e-mailed to RelocationAssist.
• Detailed maps and contact lists for area specific services will be provided once the target area(s) has been established.
• We will register your property requirements with local estate agents on your behalf. Details of potentially suitable properties will then be sent either directly to you or to RelocationAssist, whichever has been agreed.
• We will pre-view a selection of properties chosen by you on your behalf and provide written feedback.
• List of suitable schools, if required. Brochures and admission procedures can be sent either to you directly or to RelocationAssist, whichever has been agreed.
• Accompanied viewings to properties and schools, if requested.
• General assistance in dealings with banks, utility services, councils etc.
• Individually organised tour of selected target area, visiting local amenities and general orientation
• Welcome pack of groceries at the property. Labels with your new address.
• Home-visit de-briefing after successful move to identify any problems or further requirements.
